Customer contacted us, with a misfiring TFSI engine. Upon further investigation we found Cylinder 3 had no compression. We later striped the head to find the remanence of the manifold run flaps sitting on top of the piston.

We worked with the Customer and advised the next course of action. We went on to take the engine out and complete a full strip down rebuild. The customer wanted to remove this vulnerability for the future, so we advise on some preventitive remediations and while we were there added some additional modifications, which would support the build to achieve upwards of 380bhp.
